Ms. Purtell’s extensive experience in operations extends benefitexpress’ ability to lead the benefits services industry. This appointment is another step in the company’s building of the most experienced and successful management team in the industry.

Her career has included managing 10,000+ employees, global operations management, and serving clients of all sizes and industries.
