Diane joined Hager Strategic in 2004, and has worked in the benefits and HR administration industry since 1992. While at Hager Strategic, she has worked on numerous benefits administration projects, including benchmarking, market assessments and contract negotiations/renegotiations for a range of small- to jumbo-sized clients. In addition, Diane had led vendor evaluation projects for clients in all size ranges that included DB, DC and H&W and Stock Plan Administration.

Before joining Hager Strategic, Diane was with Fidelity Investments for 10 years where she held roles in business development and implementation within their total Benefits Outsourcing business. Her responsibilities have included the development and delivery of client specific requirements in communications, plan administration and pension calculations in complex outsourcing projects.

Prior to Fidelity, Diane also worked as an analyst at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) within their DB/DC Administration unit that implemented and serviced clients with their in-house solutions. Her responsibilities included valuations, programming, user training and writing documentation for new products.
