LYNN WEINER

Lynn joined Hager Strategic in 2008, and has been in the HR and benefits industry since 1972. During her time at Hager Strategic, Lynn has led and/or assisted clients with implementations to new vendors with a focus on project management, technical requirements, participant communications and data integrity. She has also been involved in developing RFPs as well as testing and auditing vendor websites and internal administrative systems.

Before joining Hager Strategic, Lynn was with Time Warner for over 25 years, where she was responsible for the administration, design, strategy, communication and compliance of the company’s numerous and varied retirement plans and other retiree programs. During her tenure at Time Warner, Lynn handled all aspects of qualified and non-qualified benefit programs including actuarial, financial and legal matters. Lynn was Time Warner’s lead on conducting outsourcing searches and directing subsequent implementations. She oversaw the client/vendor relationship with Fidelity and ING and was in charge of overall vendor services including the call center, communications and data base integrity.

Lynn began her HR and benefits career at Buck Consultants where she concentrated on actuarial work and retirement plan compliance issues.
