Jerald joined Hager Strategic in 2007. He has been in the HR and Payroll Administration industry since 1983, and is familiar with the majority of related vendors in the outsourcing space. While at Hager Strategic, he has worked on human resources and payroll administration benchmarking and market assessment projects for a range of clients in the financial services, defense and manufacturing industries. He has also led payroll administration strategy sessions, and assisted in benefits administration vendor evaluation projects.

Before joining Hager Strategic, Jerald was a manager at BearingPoint responsible for leading client HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, and for providing management consultation on client HCM / IT strategic assessments and governance projects.

Prior to BearingPoint, Jerald was a Senior Consultant and Implementation Manager in the Strategic HR Outsourcing practice of Mellon (previously PricewaterhouseCoopers Unifi). He focused on the outsourcing design and delivery of payroll, compensation, Employee & Manager Self Service, Web Help and client training. Jerald has also worked as an HRIS project manager for Kaiser Permanente. In this role he acted as liaison for the functional consolidation of nine regional payroll systems to a new national HR/Payroll platform, provided management oversight of regional Time & Labor and Financial G/L systems integration and also held project site management responsibilities in Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest.

Jerald has held payroll management positions, including the role of Director of Payroll, at a number of corporations.
