Andri joined Hager Strategic as a senior consultant in 2004, as has more than 20 years of experience in the HR and payroll administration industry. She has extensive experience in both the corporate and consulting sides of the business. While at Hager Strategic, Andri has led vendor HRO evaluation projects, conducted strategic assessments of client service delivery approaches and performed benchmarking projects for several of our clients who were looking to improve or evaluate an insourced, co-sourced or fully outsourced HR and Payroll administration model. Andri has also helped clients with HR, Talent Management, Learning, Payroll and Leave and Disability Administration service/technology assessments.
Before joining Hager Strategic, Andri was the Senior Implementation Manager for large, global HRO outsourcing projects with Mellon HR and Investor Solutions (previously PricewaterhouseCoopers Unifi). In this role, she was responsible for the overall delivery of outsourced services for HR, Compensation, Learning and Payroll for large, multinational organizations.
Prior to joining PwC Unifi, Andri was a Principal Consultant for AG Consulting (later acquired by ADP) where she led large HRMS PeopleSoft and ADP systems implementations. She was also part of a team of consultants selected to work in Paris, France to start the ADP Europe office. While at ADP, she also held the role of Consulting Manager with responsibility for over 100 consultants managing HRMS implementations in the Eastern Region. In this role, her responsibilities included managing the resource availability for the sales pipeline, monitoring and evaluating consultant performance, and ensuring that the skills, knowledge and experience of the consultant staff was up-to-date and appropriate for client requirements.
Andri has held many roles while working in corporate HR for two financial services organizations, including recruiter, HR Generalist, Compensation Manager and HRIS Manager.
