Alisa has been with Hager Strategic since 2001 and has worked in the benefits and HR industry since 1986. While at Hager Strategic, Alisa has led vendor evaluation projects for all areas of benefits administration. She has also helped many of our clients with strategy assessments, benchmarking projects, and contract negotiations.

Before joining Hager Strategic, Alisa was responsible for Business Development for the benefits and HR outsourcing division of PricewaterhouseCoopers Unifi Network. Prior to PwC Unifi, Alisa held both business and product development roles at Fidelity Investments, where she also helped launch their total benefits outsourcing service offering. Through this work, Alisa has consulted with dozens of organizations interested in evaluating an outsourced administrative solution, including assistance with defining requirements and service options, building a business case, and understanding contractual provisions and fees.

Alisa started her benefits and HR career at The Wyatt Company (now Towers Watson), where she focused on actuarial consulting, plan design and a variety of benefits and HR issues.
